We are in the business of evenings that add up.

Every minute on the floor, every plate out of the kitchen and every rupee in the drawer, attached to the session that caused it.

The money is leaking in places you cannot see.

Not theft. Just a busy counter, a full floor, and a hundred small things nobody wrote down.

Minutes nobody billed

A session runs twenty minutes over. Staff round it down, or forget it entirely. Ten times a day, six days a week, that adds up to a salary.

Snacks that walked out

A cold drink handed over mid-match, meant to be added to the bill later. It never was.

A total nobody can explain

The drawer says one thing. The register says another. Nobody can tell you which one is right.

PlayVerse does not need anyone to remember. Every minute and every item is attached to a session the moment it happens.

What you get

Six things that change how your floor runs.

Every one of them exists because a café owner asked for it.

Live floor management

Your whole room, live, on one screen.

Every PC, console, pool table and VR rig laid out the way the room actually is. Start a session in two taps, pause it when they take a break, and move a customer to another device without the bill losing track of them.

  • Pause for a break — they only pay for time actually played
  • Transfer PC to console mid-game, bill intact
  • Change the player count mid-session — each band is billed at its own rate

Counter and café, together

Seat time, snacks and the kitchen on one bill.

The counter and the café are not two businesses. A cold drink from the fridge and a plate of momos from the kitchen both land on the same session, and the customer pays once on the way out — by cash, UPI, split, wallet or straight onto their tab.

  • Sell from the counter, a café table, or straight onto a session
  • Stock comes off the shelf the moment it is sold
  • Tables stay open until the customer actually leaves

Kitchen tickets

The kitchen prints itself.

An order taken at the table prints in the kitchen a second later. Change it and the kitchen gets a second slip showing exactly what moved — old quantity, new quantity — instead of a fresh ticket the cook has to compare by eye.

  • Prints in the kitchen the second the order is taken
  • Changed an order? The kitchen sees old and new side by side
  • Printer, ticket header and buzzer are settings you control

Know today's profit before you lock up.

Revenue, net profit and expenses for the day, the week or the month — updating as the floor runs, not the next morning. And because your business day runs 6am to 6am, a 1:30am payment lands on the night it belongs to.

  • Revenue, net profit and expenses — day, week or month
  • Cash against UPI, split and verified at the end of every shift
  • Your day runs 6am to 6am, so late nights land on the right day

Members and pay later

Let your regulars run a tab, and still sleep at night.

Members can top up a wallet or put the evening on a tab. What they owe is tracked separately for gaming, counter and café — so when they pay, it clears in a fixed order and anything left over goes onto their wallet. Staff can always explain a balance.

  • Prepaid wallets and running tabs, per member
  • A payment clears counter, then café, then gaming — always the same order
  • Anything left over rolls onto their wallet automatically

Staff and admin accounts

Staff run the floor. You keep the books.

Give every person on shift their own login. They can start sessions, take payments and fire the kitchen — and that is all they can do. Reports, expenses and profit stay on your side of the wall, and every action carries the name of whoever took it.

  • A separate login for every person on shift
  • Staff never see reports, expenses or profit
  • Every session keeps a timeline — who started it, who changed it, when

Questions

The things owners ask first.

Do I need to install anything?

No. PlayVerse runs in a browser on the machine you already have at the counter. You can also add it to a phone or tablet like an app.

Can my staff see my profit numbers?

No. Staff and admin are separate roles. Staff run the floor and take payments. Reports, expenses and profit are yours.

Can I run more than one venue?

Yes. Each venue keeps its own floor, staff and stock, and reports the same way, so the numbers compare properly.

Will it work with my kitchen printer?

Yes. Café orders print as kitchen tickets. Printer address, ticket header and buzzer are settings you control.

What if I only want the floor, not the café?

That is normal. Turn on Session Management alone and add the rest later. You are not charged for parts you have not switched on.

Your next shift could be the first one you can actually account for.

One month free. We set it up with you, and if it is not making your evenings easier, walk away.
