Staff start sessions, take payments and fire the kitchen. That is the job, and that is all they can reach — reports and settings are not hidden behind a warning, they are unavailable.
Staff do not share a password. An admin creates an account per person, and from then on every session started, every payment taken and every expense recorded carries the name of whoever did it.
The split is not advisory — it is enforced on the route, so a staff member cannot reach an admin screen by typing its address.
