Privacy Policy

This policy covers this website — playverse.app — and the trial request form on it. If you are already a PlayVerse customer, the data inside the app itself is covered by the agreement your venue signed, not by this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the trial form, which is: your name, your venue's name, your city, your WhatsApp number, roughly how many devices you run, and optionally what you use today. We ask for these because they are what we need to set an account up for you and call you back. There are no other forms on this site.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no analytics script on this site at the time of writing. If that changes, this page changes with it.

Where it goes

A trial request is sent to us as an email through Resend, our email provider. It is not written to a database on this website and it is not added to a marketing list. In practice it lands in an inbox that the PlayVerse team reads.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the network requests needed to serve the page.

What we do with it

• Contact you about the trial you asked for, usually on WhatsApp
• Create and configure your account if you go ahead
• Answer questions you send us

We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We do not use it to contact you about anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

If you become a customer, your contact details become part of your account record. If you do not, we keep the enquiry only as long as it is useful to follow up on — and you can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to give a reason. The fastest route is the same WhatsApp number you were contacted on, or the contact address in the footer.

Children

This site sells software to businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle an existing enquiry will be told to you directly, not just posted here.
